Refunds for damaged or wrong items when buyer provides unboxing videos.
No refund entertained for claims of damaged or wrongly shipped items without unboxing video proof.
Only unboxing VIDEOS will be entertained. Pictures will not be entertained.
Unboxing videos need to show that the package is untouched and untempered with from the start of the video.
Will refund according to the original payment method.
